-Full-time English language teaching position at The Affiliate High School of Tunghai University's Foreign Language Department.

-You will be required to teach a variety of courses at a minimum of 20hrs per week.


Salaries are paid on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month after the first month of full-time employment. Salary increases yearly based on number of of years having taught at Tunghai. The base salary begins at $2,200USD with a class load of 20hrs per week. Overtime will be paid at a rate of $500NTD/hr per teaching hour over 20hrs.

All teachers receive 3 weeks paid winter vacation during Chinese New Year, and 2 months paid vacation during the summer.

  • (Minimum) Proof of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University

  • Proof of teaching certification

  • Criminal Background Check
